Booking and payment

Booking process

To book a tour, you must complete our booking form with accurate information. Your booking becomes confirmed once we send you a written confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payment terms

Full payment is required to secure your booking. Prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling and include any applicable taxes. We accept payment methods as communicated during the booking process. Payment must be received before the tour date.

Cancellation and refund policy

Customer cancellations

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable. To cancel, contact us at [email protected]

Our cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient bookings, weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or provide a full refund. We are not liable for any additional expenses you may have incurred.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the original tour date. We will accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are treated as cancellations.

Participant responsibilities

Tour participants must:

• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
• Follow the guide's instructions and safety recommendations
• Respect other participants and members of the public
• Wear appropriate footwear and clothing for walking tours
• Inform us of any medical conditions or accessibility requirements when booking
• Be physically capable of completing the tour as described

Late arrival and no-shows

Tours depart at the scheduled time. We cannot guarantee accommodation for late arrivals and cannot provide refunds for missed tours due to late arrival. No-shows are non-refundable.

Age requirements

Participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Some tours may have specific age recommendations based on content and physical requirements.

Health and safety

We take reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety. However, tour participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety. You should assess your fitness level against tour descriptions before booking. Inform us of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or special requirements that may affect your participation.

Liability limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property except where caused by our negligence
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our control

We reserve the right to remove from a tour any participant whose behavior is disruptive, offensive, or poses a safety risk. No refund will be provided in such cases. Prohibited behaviors include intoxication, harassment, vandalism, and failure to follow guide instructions.

Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or other events of force majeure.
